Soothing hot and Cold Reusable Gel Pack for breastfeeding mums are designed just for mums beginning their breastfeeding journey. Breastfeeding can be uncomfortable or even painful in the beginning. Our soothing gel packs can be heated or cooled to soothe pain and discomfort associated with breastfeeding.
A cold pack is a necessity for discomfort in the beginning of the breastfeeding journey, and can help soothe pain and discomfort associated with engorgement.
On the other hand, delivering heat to the breast and nipple area is recommended for blocked ducts.
This one versatile product can be used as a heat or cold pack as necessary, and reduces the need for disposable products.

Directions for use:
Cold Application:
Place gel packs (without sleeves) in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Place into the sleeve and place inside the bra for a cooling effect. We recommend using after each feed when feeling discomfort or engorgement.
Hot Application:
Place in the microwave (without sleeves) and heat for 10-15seconds (700 watt microwave). If desired temperate has not been reached continue in bursts of 5 seconds. Place gel packs inside of sleeve prior to application.
Please note all microwaves are different. Ensure to test prior to applying to breast.
Washing instructions:
Hand wash with warm soapy water and let air dry.
