Here at Baby and Mumma Gifts, we have created a range of beautiful baby gift hampers perfect for gifting to new parents upon the birth of their baby. Our baby gift hampers include quality products from Australian brands, and we have bundled these items together to create gifts that are perfect for all styles and budgets.
Each of our baby gift hampers comes with a handwritten gift card, and are wrapped and beautifully presented in a white hamper box, which is then posted inside a shipping box.
The range of hampers have been carefully curated by mothers, so you can rest assured the hampers will include things that are special, meaningful and practical to new mothers.
We regularly sent baby gift hampers as gifts to employers, friends, relatives, and adult children who are pregnant or who have recently given birth. Our hampers have been gifted to employers at high profile companies, such as Reserve Bank of Australia, Princess Cruises, and the ANZ bank.

Who makes our Baby Gift Hampers?
Each of our baby gift hampers are made by us! We stock all the products in our hampers here at our house, and we create the hampers and ship them out ourselves. They are all made to order.
What are our dispatch times on Baby Gift Hampers?
We ship our baby gift hamper orders the next business day. If you order in the morning, we are sometimes able to ship the same day upon request.
What are our delivery times on Baby Gift Hampers?
We are based in Shepparton, Victoria. We do local delivery, and we can hand deliver your baby gift hamper the next business day after ordering.
We ship our orders the next business day to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible. If you need to get your order quickly, please select “express post”.

How do our baby gift hampers come packaged?
We use beautiful white gift hamper boxes, made from quality gloss cardboard material, with either a magnetic closing lid, or a ribbon tie. Each hamper box has tissue paper and wood wool shred, and filled with the gift items. For breakable items, we wrap them in tissue paper and bubble wrap to ensure they stay safe during the shipping process.
We then place the white hamper boxes into a fitted shipping box to ensure the products are safe during shipping.
Can a baby gift hamper be delivered directly to the recipient?
Yes, we regularly send baby gift hampers directly to the recipients. We will include a card, so please don’t forget to put your name on the card so they know who is sending them the gift!
Can we not send a receipt with the baby gift hamper, so the recipient does not see the price?
We never include a receipt in our boxes with our baby gift hampers. We know that many people want to send the gift directly to the recipient, and you don’t want them to see a receipt or price. We will instead email a receipt to the email address you give while purchasing.
What should you do if the hamper isn’t delivered on time?
We will send through a tracking number to your email. Please use this on the Australia Post to see where your baby gift hamper is. Unfortunately, there are sometimes delays with Australia Post which are out of our control. If the delivery is late, please contact Australia Post, who will be able to direct you on how to report your item as late or lost. If you have trouble with this process, please contact us, and we may be able to provide information.
We recommend ordering early and selecting express post to ensure that your order will arrive within the expected time frame.
Unfortunately, we are not able to send another item out unless Australia Post deems the product lost.

What is included in our baby gift hampers?
We have included a wide range of beautiful gift items from Australian brands within our baby gift hampers. Please check the individual hamper to see what is included. You can view our full selection here.
Can I change or add something to the baby gift hamper?
Yes, absolutely. If you would like to add something extra to your hamper, please just add it to your cart when you purchase. We will package it all together for you! If you want to swap out a product for another, please contact us and we can assist. Otherwise, you might like to use our “build your own baby gift basket” and select all the items you want to include. We will put it together into a beautiful hamper for you.
Can we deliver to hospitals?
Unfortunately, we can no longer deliver baby gift hampers to hospitals. We previously delivered to hospitals, and faced issues such as our couriers being refused entry to hospitals due to COVID-19 restrictions and visitor restrictions, patients returning home before their deliveries, and deliveries going to incorrect room numbers.
We can instead deliver to the new parents house. If they are not home, the post deliveries will leave the parcel at the local post office for collection.
What if I accidentally put the wrong address?
Please ensure you have the correct address. If you put in the wrong address, please contact us immediately. If we haven’t yet shipped the order, we will update your address and it can still be delivered.
If the order has already been shipped and is in transit, please contact Australia Post to redirect the parcel. Please note there can be delays cause by redirecting a parcel. You will need to contact Australia Post regarding updates to delivery times etc. in this instance, as these are out of our control.
If the parcel is returned to sender due to incorrect address, we will contact you. You have the options of:

Paying the Australia Post shipping fee to have the order posted out to the correct address

Receiving a refund, minus the cost of shipping
Do you offer returns?
If you need to return an item, you may return new, unopened products to us for an exchange or refund. We will then send out a replacement, or refund to your chosen payment method.
We unfortunately are not able to offer refunds for food items, including biscuits or chocolate, except where we are required to due to a faulty product.
If you would like to return or exchange a product, please contact us and we will provide the return address.
We only stock quality products, however, if a product is faulty, we will exchange or refund, in accordance with Australian Consumer law.

As the owner of Baby and Mumma Gifts, I personally love every single hamper I have created. If pressed to choose a favourite, our Signature Mum and Baby Hampers (available in pink, blue, or grey), are my favourite! These are extra special because of all the gorgeous items they include for both mum and baby, and also because of how practical and helpful each item is.
